The fusible plug is intact and has no oil leakage. When the pressure is greater than 1.4±0.2Mpa at 100°C, the thin metal sheet of the explosion-proof plug is destroyed and the pressure is released, and the operation stops.


The gap between the hydraulic coupler and the wheel is 2-4mm in the axial direction and 0.5mm in the radial direction.


The oil quality is in line with 32# steam turbine oil, with no discoloration, turbidity, emulsification and other deterioration phenomena.

The vibration is measured at the radial and axial vibration points at the junction of the box body and the machine base, and the amplitude does not exceed 0.1mm.


The vibration measurement points of the input shaft of the box are measured in the radial, axial and vertical directions, and the amplitude does not exceed 0.1mm.


There is no oil leakage or oil leakage in the sealing parts of each end cover, hole and oil diameter.


The nameplate of the equipment is intact, without damage or deformation; and it is clean, clear and clear.


There is no blockage of the breathing holes.


The oil level is displayed between the upper and lower scales of the oil glass.


Bearing


There is no noise when the equipment is running, and the sound is relaxed and even.


Each bearing part is divided into upper, lower, left and right measuring temperature, and the temperature is the same, and it does not exceed 65℃.


During operation, if the temperature is found to exceed the normal temperature and continues to rise, the fitter should be notified for inspection in time. (The normal temperature is 45℃)


Gear Oil


The gear oil specification meets the requirements.


The grease should be free of discoloration, turbidity, water ingress and emulsification, and normal flow.


The oil temperature should not exceed 65°C.


Install the base


The base is free from welding, deformation, paint peeling off, and corrosion.


The radial and axial vibration measurement points at the fixed connection of the reducer shall be used to measure the vibration, and the amplitude shall not exceed 0.1mm.


There should be no gap in the fixed connection of the reducer.


The fixing bolts are complete, and the fixing is firm and reliable; the fixing bolts are M20*90, and the torque is 410Nm.


roller


Exterior


The metal surface is flat and smooth, without convexity, deformation, severe wear, and corrosion.


The roller rubber surface is intact, the pattern is clear, and there is no delamination or damage.


The connecting disc and key bar of the shaft and the drum are stable, without any loose traces, and the lock wire is fastened.


Bearing seat


There is no noise when the equipment is running, and the sound is relaxed and even.


Bearings are divided into upper, lower, left and right measuring temperature, and the temperature is the same, and does not exceed 65 ℃.


During operation, if the temperature is found to exceed the normal temperature and continues to rise, the fitter should be notified for inspection in time. (The normal temperature is 45℃)


Bearing seat appearance


The appearance is clean and hygienic, free of accumulated materials, oil stains, dust, etc.


The bolts connected with the frame are fastened, and there is no looseness, cracks, etc.


The equipment runs without swing or vibration, and the radial and axial amplitude does not exceed 0.1mm.


Belt


The belt interface is straight, reliable, without warping, peeling, cracking, etc.


The skin is intact, without damage, fracture, delamination, etc.


The edges are flush and intact, without scratches, burrs, breaks or other damage.


Moderate tightness during operation, stable operation, no skidding, no deviation, flexible movement of the counterweight up and down, and no abnormal rubber smell.


frame


The appearance is clean and tidy, free of dust, oil, slime, etc.


Good appearance, no deformation, damage, welding, corrosion, paint peeling, etc.


The two sides are flat, parallel, and the parallel height is the same, and the deviation is 0.5-1mm.


Fasten the connecting screws with the roller bearing seat and the supporting roller frame.


There is no abnormal vibration or other abnormal sound during operation.


Roller


Exterior


Including trough, transition, parallel, buffer, self-aligning and other rollers, the surface is flat, smooth, free of holes and damage.


The rubber ring of the buffer roller is intact, free from defects and severe wear.


The installation is secure, without defects or falling.


The bracket is intact, without deformation, twisting, breaking, etc.

Tensioning device
